Our site situated inHexham/Newcastle NSW is looking for a team member who can help us support our yard opperation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our
Auction Yardhands
are responsible for organising and preparing all trucks, machinery, cars and general goods in the yard for auction.
This is a permanent, full-time role working Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am till 5.00 pm (incl. lunch break), no weekends.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Loading and unloading of stock
Photographing and booking in cars, trucks, machinery and general goods
Arranging yard to accommodate assets
Lotting all assets for vehicle and general auction
Onsite cataloguing and asset inspections
Organising dispatch with the Auctions team on all sold goods
ABOUT YOU
As our successful candidate, you will have:
Ability to follow a process and carry out work in an independent manner as well as work with others co-operatively
Sound knowledge of trucks, machinery, cars and plant is desirable
Basic computer skills
WHS awareness, knowledge and commitment
Forklift and/or HC licence is highly desirable
No criminal record - successful candidate will need to ungergo National Police check
