**The Role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Organisational Development Advisor to join a dedicated and experienced People & Leadership team. The Organisational Development Advisor will be responsible for owning key initiatives as well as supporting the OD Business Partners and Head of OD with strategic projects and objectives. This includes:

- Owning and driving giving back and volunteering initiatives
- Supporting key supporting talent development and people change programs
- Reporting, analysing and presenting organisational people data
- Acting as the key internal contact and running reward and recognise platforms
- Leading engagement survey systems and processes

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline including Organisational
- Psychology, Human Resources or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Demonstrated relevant experience (2+ years) working in a diversity and inclusion, organisational development, or generalist HR position
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Genuine passion for Organisational Development as a discipline and desire to grow your career within this space
- Working knowledge of & experience with DEI, engagement, reward & recognition
- Experience with project management & reporting highly desirable
