About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Advisor for People and Culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting organisational development and growth. As a key member of our P&C team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including recruitment, policy implementation, and employee relations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end recruitment activity, including job advertisements, screening, interviews, reference checking, probity checking, letters of offer, onboarding, and induction.
  • Working with line management groups to build and implement solutions, providing recommendations on legislation, policies, awards, resource planning, and record administration.
  • Managing grievance processes, conducting IR/ER investigations, identifying causes and contributing factors, and reporting on investigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR advisory roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
