**The role**

This is a **Full Time, 12-month fixed term opportunity, with the opportunity to go permanent** working in a can-do, supportive and inclusive team who are here to build capability and culture across our national footprint.

The role is based in **Sydney **supported by Adbri's flexible working practices.

**What you will deliver day to day**

This role is responsible for supporting the design, coordination and implementation of a variety of employee learning and organisational development initiatives.
- Provide project coordination for established programs such as our leadership development programs
- Support our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging program of work
- Contribute to the development of our systems (including our LMS) and the way we use them to meet organisational goals
- Work with the broader People & Culture team and managers on the development and delivery of appropriate and relevant professional development opportunities for their staff
- Create learning content that supports organisational goals, such as career planning material
- Contribute to Talent Management framework maturity step change
- Contribute to the execution and supportive actions relating to our engagement survey

**What you will bring with you**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development or Organisational Development
- Passionate about how culture, leadership and capability drive business outcomes and how to get the very best from people and teams
- Inquisitive about change and supporting people and businesses through change
- Digitally savvy with hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and systems in general
- Proactive and collaborative with a customer focus
- Organised and detailed with the ability to manage transactional activities alongside project deadlines
- Exposure to facilitation and workshop and content design (desirable)
