As the Learning and Organisational Development Advisor , you'll take the lead in enhancing the capability and performance of our workforce. Reporting to the General Manager – Human Resources, you'll be responsible for delivering impactful learning programs, managing our Learning Management System, and driving initiatives such as succession planning, graduate development, and capability frameworks. About the role

• Design and deliver engaging learning solutions, both digital and face-to-face, aligned to business needs.
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is current and reporting is accurate.
• Facilitate a range of training programs including leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and technical skills.
• Partner with leaders to assess learning needs and identify appropriate solutions.
• Lead initiatives such as the Graduate Program, capability frameworks, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and curate relevant training materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory training requirements.

About you

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or a related field.Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs.Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS365 highly regarded).Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.A collaborative mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.Experience supporting or managing graduate and early career programs (desirable).Familiarity with succession planning and capability development frameworks (desirable).
