We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate organisational structures, policies, systems, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.
- Design and implement new systems, processes, and practices to improve performance.
- Advise on business improvement initiatives, including workforce planning and operational performance.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum X years' experience as a management consultant or in a similar advisory role.
