Job Overview

This role supports the design and delivery of people strategies and plans in line with business objectives, including supporting leadership teams to create the capability and cultures required to achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and coach to leadership teams, providing expertise in organisational design, operating models, and workforce planning to support business transformation and improvement.

Key responsibilities include designing and leading change activities, providing technical HR advice on operating model design, ways of working, and operating rhythms, and establishing strong internal working relationships within and outside of HR.

  • Experience in developing campaign project plans and delivering set objectives on time and on budget
