**About the role**
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Employee Experience Officer to join our training and competency division. For this position you will be reporting directly to the Training Centre Coordinator and your primary responsibility is to deliver an outstanding experience for our Training Centre guests, whilst maintaining all training programs to comply with the training legislation.
**In this position you will**:
- Ensure records of training are maintained and updated accordingly
- Coordinate effective and appropriate training and verification of competency processes
- Provide adequate resources to support the successful completion of each session
- Enhance our employee experience whilst at the Training Centre
- Ensure the highest levels of presentation of the Training Centre rooms
- Coordinate the invitation, arrival and direction of all Training Centre guests
- Coordinate all Trainer, Guest Speaker and VIP visitor access, support and egress from Training Centre
- Reset venue as required each day
**Necessary skills and qualifications**:
- Maintain an up to date understanding and knowledge of training legislation, standards, policies and procedures and ensure training programs comply
- Maintain the highest commitment to guest satisfaction
- Basic IT problem solving skills
- Demonstrable skill in people management, customer service and stakeholder coordination
- Provide a high-quality service to all customers
- Control costs associated with service delivery
- Deliver on personal objectives within a set of agreed KPI's
- Work with relevant stakeholders to identify training and assessment gaps that need to be addressed
- To facilitate MRL employee training and assessment when and where required
