Job Description:

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who will be accountable for providing knowledge, learning, assets, tools, and just-in-time information for employees to be effective and confident in their roles.

Key Objectives

  • Develop training journeys to deliver against project requirements.
  • Design and deliver technical training programs based on project needs.
  • Collaborate closely with training teams to implement training identified across learning journeys and embed into current practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct workforce development analysis to identify capability requirements.
  • Design learning journeys to enhance capability through blended learning solutions.
  • Design and develop training materials including online learning, bite-sized learning, videos, facilitator guides, presentations, and participant materials.
  • Collaborate with training teams to deliver training to multiple audiences.
  • Connect learning artifacts to relevant platforms such as LMS and intranet.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training to make continuous improvements.
  • Keep training materials current in relation to environment, technology, and process changes.

Requirements

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
  • 3+ years in a learning and development role.
  • Experience in modern learning design practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated participation in project environments.
  • Experience in conducting needs analysis aligned to business requirements.
