Chief Employee Experience Officer

We are seeking a skilled and strategic HR professional to join our team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with business leaders to drive performance improvement and enable growth through data-driven insights and workforce planning.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders in managing employee issues, investigations, and case management aligned with our organizational values and policies.
- Develop and maintain local industrial relations, supporting leaders in negotiations that align with our overall industrial strategy.
- Lead the rollout of People & Culture initiatives and support organizational change.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, with significant experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organizational change, and HR planning.
- Strong knowledge of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong, effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver HR-related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
