Job Title:

HR Generalist - Employee Experience

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Generalist - Employee Experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating all HR activities, recruiting, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) operations.

This role requires a passionate and detail-oriented professional who can foster a positive work environment by providing advisory support to employees. Your primary focus will be on day-to-day HR operations and managing people processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and coordinate full employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training initiatives, payroll, employee retention, and separations.
  • Manage recruitment processes, phone screening, interviewing, and coordinating video and on-site interviews.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR processes, procedures, policies, and general queries.
  • Develop professional written content, such as job ads, job descriptions, employment correspondence, policies, guidelines, and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with Fair Work Act and award interpretation, conduct research, and analyse information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (desirable).
  • AHRI or affiliate professional membership (desirable).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, Fair Work Legislation, and employment obligations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong task management and prioritisation skills.
