The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for our new employees.

  • Supporting Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for our new employees.

  • Drafting Employment Documentation:

Include employment contracts, contract variation letters, and other relevant documentation.

  • Maintaining Employee Records:
\

Ensure all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Administrative Support:
\

Assist with various HR documentation, manage the HR inbox, respond to inquiries, and help with general office tasks.

  • HR Project Involvement:
\

Participate in projects that enhance the employee experience, from wellness programs to learning and development.

Requirements:\
  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
\
  • Experience in HR or office administration, preferably with HR systems.
\
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
\
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
\
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
