Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR department and shape our organization's workforce strategy.

  • Collaborate with managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, promoting fairness and equity.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, cultivating a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends, ensuring our organization remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
