Job Overview

The People Advisor plays a pivotal role in providing HR advice and support to leadership teams and employees across various aspects of employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.

This position requires an individual with expertise in implementing and managing policies, practices, and procedures to promote an optimal working environment and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage organizational policies, practices, and procedures to foster a positive work environment and organizational culture.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and the workforce.
  • Support organizational reviews and drive regular initiatives.
  • Initiate and contribute to major reports, projects, committees, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources, employee relations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a HR generalist role covering IR/ER, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counselling, negotiating, and report writing.
  • Well-developed organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and workload prioritisation.
