Sydney Water is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Experience Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This hands-on role is pivotal in delivering initiatives that enhance the employee journey, with a strong focus on recognition, benefits, and engagement programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver employee experience initiatives with a focus on recognition, benefits, and engagement programmes.
Coordinate logistics and provide support for the annual company award ceremony, including Better Life and Long Service Awards.
Manage monthly Long Service Award operations, ensuring timely recognition and positive employee experiences.
Lead updates to the various benefit and recognition processes, improving usability and communication through stakeholder engagement.
Maintain accurate programme records, support informal recognition tracking, and assist with benefits communications.
Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders, manage programme inboxes, and support data reporting and project delivery.
About You
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Comfortable working with data, analytics, and insights.
Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Supportive and empathetic in interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
Experience in event coordination and programme delivery.
Essential Requirements
You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application.
Willingness to undergo background checks, including criminal history and medical assessments.
Flexibility to travel across Sydney Water sites as required.
Internal employees must seek approval from their manager prior to applying.
