The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the company's HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead HR operations, ensuring seamless employee relations, compliance, and workforce stability.
  • Provide strategic support to both corporate and manufacturing teams.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (or Associate with equivalent experience) and a minimum of eight years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Skills:
  • A strong understanding of HR compliance, legal requirements, and government reporting.
  • Proven success in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to interact at all organizational levels.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with expertise in conflict resolution, employee relations, and representation in hearings/investigations.
