We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to enhance the employee journey with initiatives on recognition, benefits, and engagement programs.
About This OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to deliver employee experience initiatives focused on recognition, benefits, and engagement programs. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics and support for annual company award ceremonies, including Better Life and Long Service Awards.
- Manage monthly Long Service Award operations, ensuring timely recognition and positive experiences.
- Lead updates to benefit and recognition processes, improving usability and communication through stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain accurate program records, support informal recognition tracking, and assist with benefits communications.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders, manage program inboxes, and support data reporting and project delivery.
