We are seeking a dedicated Culture and Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist in delivering our people strategy, implementing initiatives that align with our organisation's goals and values. You will support employee engagement, development, and well-being, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of our people strategy and ensure alignment with organisational goals and values.
  • Provide guidance and coaching support to managers to better manage employee queries and grievances.
  • Assist managers with performance management discussions and implement talent management strategies.
  • Partner closely with managers to execute the people strategy and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate conversations around succession planning and team engagement.
  • Contribute to strategic projects across the business.
  • Facilitate projects related to organisational change and transformation.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to managers.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including onboarding.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in HR management processes.
  • Ability to quickly interpret Awards and Agreements.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
