People Development Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled People Development Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of the Group P&C team, you will provide expert support across Human Resources, Recruitment, Capability, and Transformation projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business goals.
  • Providing administrative support for transformation activity, change management, and organisational design activities.
  • Partnering with the P&C team on recruitment, performance, capability, remuneration, training, and development activities.
  • Collaborating with People Services and Group Finance to ensure smooth operations and accurate processing.
  • Maintaining employee data integrity and resolving irregularities promptly.

Requirements:

  • Experience in People & Culture, Recruitment, or a business support role.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a solutions focus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach to change.
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with integrity.

What You'll Bring:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Capacity to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources or Business Administration (preferred but not essential).
