Coordinate reviews and ensure Trade Partner compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials and platforms.Work collaboratively with other functions within the organisation to support the required development of Trade Partner training material and platforms.Drive continuous improvement across our Trade Partner Management processes.Who You Are:Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or equivalent preferred.Experience in vendor relationship management, procurement or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with VMS.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.Strong relationship building, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Able to juggle multiple priorities and context switch quickly.A strong team focus, and highly motivated with a growth attitude.Project management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills preferred.What's In It for You?
