What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate Trade Partner (vendor/sub-contractor) pre-qualification assessments.
  • Identify and drive improvements in our Trade Partner performance and processes.
  • Manage Trade Partner training programs and track progress.
  • Support the implementation of a Vendor Management System (VMS).
  • Coordinate reviews and ensure Trade Partner compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials and platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with other functions within the organisation to support the required development of Trade Partner training material and platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement across our Trade Partner Management processes.

Who You Are:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in vendor relationship management, procurement or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with VMS.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship building, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and context switch quickly.
  • A strong team focus, and highly motivated with a growth attitude.
  • Project management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills preferred.
