Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Vendor Relationship Manager to join our Wealth & Capital Markets team on a 4-month fixed term contract. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that key service providers deliver high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective services that align with our standards and strategic goals.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing regular vendor performance reviews and governance forums">
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with approved service providers">
  • Overseeing vendor compliance with contractual agreements, SLAs, and our risk and governance frameworks">
  • Supporting operational teams with budgeting, contract renewals, and vendor selection processes">
  • Reviewing invoices and ensuring billing accuracy against agreements">
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness">
  • Providing clear reporting and insights to stakeholders on vendor performance and outcomes">
  • Ensuring vendor participation in incident management and post-incident reviews">
  • Collaborating with the Commercial Management team on contract renewals and risk management">

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in vendor or third-party service management, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry. You should also possess strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders. Additionally, you will need a detail-oriented and proactive approach to monitoring performance, managing risk, and driving improvement.
