As a Manager, you will work as a consultant in a client facing role, across a range of teams to establish and deliver projects, including by engaging clients and their stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing deliverables across a range of formats that distill analysis into clear and compelling recommendations for clients. This role includes managing small
- to medium-sized projects, developing and managing relationships with clients, providing thought leadership, supporting and enabling high-achieving project teams, and actively developing the capability of your colleagues.
**We are looking for Managers to join our Organisational, Performance and Leadership practice in a management consulting capacity, working across a range of projects. We are looking for a variety of people to join our team. This is a client facing position who bring skills & experience in Organisational Development, Workforce, Leadership and Capability.**

- Tertiary level qualifications across Learning and Development, Psychology, Human Resources and/or related business discipline
- 5+ years in a management consulting or internal HR or OD role with a focus on: designing, facilitating, and implementing organisational improvements, organisational psychology, leadership assessment & development, workforce transformation, learning & development, change management and coaching and facilitation
- Broad understanding of organisational capability issues within large and complex organisations
