
Leader of Organisational Performance

Shaping organisational performance culture is a critical role that drives employee engagement, productivity and business growth.
This position involves leading the delivery of performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews and calibrations. You will drive the implementation and embedment of our performance framework, partnering with business leaders and HRBPs to activate culture and improve goal quality.
You will be responsible for tracking adoption, engagement and impact using data and analytics, ensuring continuous improvement. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with leaders on performance challenges and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have degree qualifications in Business and/or Human Resources, with 5+ years' experience in HR or organisational development, preferably in a performance and culture focused role. They should also have experience delivering performance management processes, frameworks or culture initiatives across complex organisations.
