Senior HR Business Partner

In this pivotal role, you will elevate the people strategy of an organisation, driving transformation and shaping organisational culture. As a strategic advisor to senior leadership teams, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive workforce plans that meet strategic and operational requirements
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring timely resolution and compliance
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop pragmatic solutions to address organisational needs
  • Lead or support projects focused on organisational change, restructuring, and integration, driving alignment with business goals
  • Cultivate leadership capabilities through coaching, training, and development initiatives
Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in education sector, with knowledge of Education Services Modern Awards (desired)

• Demonstrated success as a senior HR generalist or business partner, preferably across multi-entity or decentralised models

• Strong understanding of Australian employment law, ER best practice, and HR operations

• Ability to lead organisational change, restructures, or integrations with commercial acumen

• Experience in coaching and developing people managers at various levels

• Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments with analytical skills to drive insights
