Organisational Performance Enhancement Specialist

The Organisational Development Coordinator is responsible for enhancing organisational performance by supporting learning and development initiatives, fostering a positive and constructive work environment, and improving employee capability.
This role focuses on coordinating and administering learning, development and change activities, including training, leadership development, talent management, reward and recognition, engagement surveys, and performance management.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the organisational development team, including identifying vendors, managing invitations and enrolments, attendance records, room bookings, equipment and room set up, catering.
They will also update training records for learning and development activities, including evaluation feedback, analysis, payment coordination and follow up.
Additionally, they will support diversity and inclusion initiatives, including communication and coordination of information and events.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to demonstrate initiative and work under general direction with limited supervision.
