Job Opportunity:

The Organisational Development Lead will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of our workforce.

This individual will build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to deliver on the Organisational Development Plan, enhancing organisational capability and effectiveness.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, align and execute strategic plans ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities
  • Lead integrated Organisational Development and Human Resources functions that evolve culture, improve performance, and drive successful organisational change
  • Implement effective Learning and Development programs, cultural initiatives and workforce planning initiatives

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience and knowledge of Organisational Development practices, strategies, frameworks, and programs
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others, fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration
  3. Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on enhancing processes, services, and outcomes
  4. Expertise in adult learning, including digital, social and professional learning methodologies
