Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting staff development through meaningful goals, performance management, and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering organisation-wide capability improvement strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design a customer-centric approach to our learning and development policy and processes
  • Deliver learning and capability uplift projects that enhance performance and experience
  • Create organisational development plans using data and change management to drive transformation
  • Lead leadership framework reviews to guide employee growth and planning

Skill Requirements:

  • Developing and delivering organisation-wide capability improvement strategies
  • Designing digital learning experiences using current learning technologies
  • Influencing and negotiating with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes
  • Tertiary qualification in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development or related field

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a commitment to the VEC's core values.
