Elevating Organisational Leadership

We are seeking an experienced leader to design and implement innovative leadership learning programs aligned to organisational capability frameworks.
- Design and implement leadership development programs, conduct needs analyses and gap assessments to inform program content.
- Develop engaging blended learning content using adult learning principles and modern instructional design techniques.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, including Train the Trainer programs, workshops and pilot leadership programs.
- Track and evaluate learning outcomes, recommending improvements to ensure programs deliver real behavioural impact.
- Proven experience in leadership development, ideally in sales or fast-paced organisations.
- Strong knowledge of people management frameworks, behavioural leadership competencies, and capability-based learning.
- Skilled in blended learning design and facilitation, using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, and LMS platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Certificate IV in Training & Education (TAE).
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or similar.
