This leadership opportunity shapes the future of human resources across a division. As an HR leader, you will partner with executives and their teams to design and deliver workforce strategies that support business transformation, talent growth, and capability development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale cultural transformation and embed agile work practices.
  • Drive organizational design and contribute to a high-performing HR team.
  • Partner with executives and their teams to develop workforce strategies.
  • Identify, develop, and grow talent, and build organizational-wide capability.
Requirements
  • Deep experience in HR business partnering, workforce planning, and organizational design as an HR leader (minimum 5 years' experience at this level).
  • Proven ability to lead and influence executives and senior leaders.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to reflect on HR processes, policies, and practices.
  • Solid understanding of HR risk, governance, and compliance frameworks.
