Its Pilbara-based Woodie Woodie Mine and West Perth Operations headquarters create jobs for over 400 people who are driven by the Company Values of Dedication, Teamwork, Simplicity, Excellence and Innovation.Reporting to the Superintendent, the successful applicant will be required to lead safety and training initiatives at the Woodie Woodie Mine Site, situated 407 kms south-east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of H&S Advisors, ESO/Medics and Health and Lifestyle Coordinators.Assist in the creation and coordination of the Company, Sites and Teams Health and Safety Plan aligned with proactively reducing exposure and enhancing the safety culture of the site and its employees.Ensure a risk-based approach to health and safety is implemented across the allocated operations.Maintain systems, processes and data to monitor and report on safety and health performance to meet internal and external needs in a timely and accurate manner.Lead investigations where required.
