Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies and programs across various projects and sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics and trends.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
