What you'll do:

- Drive and maintain clarity in the strategic level portfolio and roadmap
- Drive planning of prioritised roadmap initiatives using the GOT Quarterly Planning process; manage and report on progress.
- Report strategic roadmap resourcing/financial KPIs and employ advanced resource capacity modelling and planning techniques
- Liaise and direct both internal and outsourced partners
- Provide a single, transparent view, of progress, risks, issues and constraints
- Manage the Business Roadmap Change Control process
- Manage a team to help deliver the above

What you'll bring:

- Outstanding communication, influencing and relationship management skills, including with Sky executives
- The ability to maintain a high-level, customer-focused, strategic outlook but get into the detail when an issue requires it
- Experience of leading technology projects/programmes with a deep understanding of project /programme management challenges and methodologies, particularly when applied to agile environments
- A broad knowledge of product and commercial priorities
- The ability to translate between technical concepts and customer benefits, fostering mutual understanding across a wide range of colleagues
