Global OTT Streaming Portfolio Manager

Make your mark at a leading entertainment brand.

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex OTT projects across Europe. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and own programme communication.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute programmes working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage programme plans, resource allocation, risks, and issues.
  • Deliver high-quality programme reporting, including progress updates and milestones.
  • Build and manage a skilled team of Project Managers, providing coaching and career development opportunities.
  • Implement budgets, forecasts, and cost controls for change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and programmes spanning multiple years in a fast-paced industry.
  • Ability to think strategically, pragmatically, and positively about product, technical, and cross-functional challenges.
  • Strong leadership skills with motivational abilities to lead throughout all levels of the organisation.
  • Ideal Programme Management Practitioner certification.
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence tools is preferred.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organisation, responsible for driving the success of our Global OTT Streaming Portfolio. The Programme Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and project managers to achieve business objectives.
