The Portfolio, Operations, Design & Strategy Lab seeks to act as the gatekeeper of work intake, responsible long range planning and creating a frame work that drives UCD thinking.
What you'll do:
- Works with the director of Digital Strategy, Design and Delivery to shape the business wide ideation process, and lead Sky forward as a digital first organisation.- A hands-on role which leads on product discovery, shapes the businesses thinking and approach to drive the digital first agenda. Consulting throughout delivery and execution.- Acts as the point of digital triage in the business to ensure that all work requests (big or small) align to the digital strategy and KPIs and shape the digital portfolio.- Perform early, high level assessment, ensuring we have the information needed to accurately prioritise new work requests, thinking about research and design needs as well as tech alignment- The ability to think across Sky's complete product suite, considering the complexity of multi product purchasing, the risk of potential cannibalisation and the bespoke needs of prospect vs existing customers.- Be responsible for the digital contribution to the 2030 business strategy, thinking about how this impacts the long-range plan, laddering back to in year planning.- Work closely with the Head of Portfolio & Operations to align strategic planning to the Capex submission process, in year planning and budgeting. Accountable for the ROI.

Osterley:
