Sky-Italia is seeking a highly skilled Digital Portfolio Lead to join their organization.

About the Role:

This position involves overseeing and maintaining an End-to-End digital portfolio plan, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities include setting up new or improving existing programme governance to facilitate effective communication among partner groups and decision making.

  • Manage relationships with delivery partners, including third party agencies, to ensure alignment of cross-programme dependencies.
  • Influence and lead senior partner groups, highlighting the need for senior level support/decision making via Digital Steering Group meetings.
  • Run project finances, forecasting spends, tracking actuals, estimating and scheduling resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide weekly reporting and attendance on programme calls, disseminating key outputs to wider teams.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering large-scale transformation programmes across software delivery and business change.
  • A strong programme management background with experience of the Software Delivery cycle and leading agile delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to engage and involve senior partners and leadership teams, demonstrating resilience in handling conflicting priorities.
  • An effective communicator able to articulate challenges to all levels.
