Group Enterprise Technology Solutions

Our Group Enterprise Technology Solutions team keeps Europe's biggest entertainment brand running smoothly by providing the digital technologies, tools and systems our colleagues need to work productively and collaboratively no matter where they are. Our team is built around five core capabilities: Enterprise Resource Planning platforms; workplace solutions; enablement and automation; value stream realisation and governance; and transformation and change management.

The GWS Programme Delivery team currently has a number of significant programmes underway. This role is an exciting opportunity to join us on our journey, working within our delivery leadership team as a Programme Manager, delivering a wide variety of IT & security capabilities to protect, and secure, a complex and ever-evolving environment

What you'll do:

- Champion a streamlined interface between various technical partners/business functions, ensuring working relationships remain strong, work intake operates efficiently, priorities are aligned and roadmaps are maintained.
- Excel at maintaining control artefacts and reporting status; confidently representing the team in a variety of executive steering groups, as well as maintaining data on milestones, risks, issues and mitigation plans.
- Partner with essential team members to ensure that programme results are developed and delivered to production as efficiently as possible, bringing clear structure and holding people accountable.
- Develop teams of project managers to successfully deliver large, complex programmes of work.
- Own and handle Programme / Portfolio budgets, ensuring that Technology spending is in line with expectations and financial risk is appropriately handled.
- Experienced in working in an inclusive environment, understands and values diversity, and is comfortable working to promote these values every day.

What you'll bring:

- Experience of working with senior level roles with exposure to key stakeholders including at Exec/Directorate level
- A consistent track record of project delivery, with at least two years' experience in a technical project management role
- The ability to think strategically and tactically about product, technical and cross-functional issues that affect your project and work to produce solutions that ensure the delivery of the What you'll bring:

- The ability to think strategically, pragmatically, and positively about product, technical and multi-functional challenges collaborating with multiple internal and external partner groups to problem-solve effectively for the benefit of our customers.
- Strong leadership, with motivational skills including the ability to lead throughout all levels of the organisation.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in a technology context.
