We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced delivery professional to join our team.
Job Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex programmes and projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-profile initiatives in line with compliance requirements. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive programme management plans, including governance, scope management, plan management, budgetary control, change control, risk, and issue management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outputs for the programme.
- Exercise diplomacy, drive, and vision to influence others without direct authority.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology and operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to translate messages and simplify problems for various audiences.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust style and methods to achieve success in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional facilitation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and increase collaboration towards shared goals.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a calm demeanor under pressure. They will be able to handle challenging situations and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
