As a Strategy and Planning Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and leading cross-functional teams. Your passion for clarity and vision will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the strategic level portfolio and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio and Roadmap Management
  • Drive planning of prioritised roadmap initiatives using advanced resource capacity modelling and planning techniques; manage and report on progress.
  • Report strategic roadmap resourcing KPIs and employ sophisticated resource capacity modelling and planning methods.
  • Liaise and direct internal and outsourced partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Provide a transparent view of progress, risks, issues, and constraints.
  • Manage the Business Roadmap Change Control process effectively.
  • Lead a team to deliver strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and Communication
  • The ability to maintain a high-level strategic outlook while being detail-oriented when required.
  • Experience in leading technology projects/programmes with expertise in project/programme management challenges and methodologies.
  • A broad knowledge of product and commercial priorities.
  • The capacity to translate technical concepts into customer benefits.
