**The Company**
This leading Brisbane based house builder has a reputation for looking after both its clients and staff which has led to this businesses continued success. Continued growth has now led to the requirement for an experience Construction Administrator join their friendly team.

**The Job**
Amongst other duties, your role will involve the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring signed contracts are executed correctly and loaded into the system, following up reports and approvals, reviewing plans to ensure they reflect contract documentation and variations and liaising with the estimator, colour consultant, draftspersons and claims administrator to ensure workflow of jobs through the construction process.

**What you will Need**
You will have previous experience in a similar role ideally having worked for a house builder or in the construction industry. A Cert III in Business Administration will be highly regarded. You will be energetic and keen to develop your career.
