As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of estimating, contract administration, and project delivery. Your significant experience in CA/Estimator roles on residential or commercial projects will be invaluable in managing our diverse pipeline of work.

  • A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a CA/Estimator position with a focus on residential or commercial property
  • Strong proficiency in project, cost control, and estimating software
  • A proven track record of procurement and negotiation skills

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing sales and production estimating requirements and documentation
  • Producing selection variations, post-contract variations, and building variations
  • Ensuring document control and updating relevant documents in a timely manner
