About the Role:

As a Construction Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

· Providing essential administrative support to the Construction team.

· Create Building Contracts

· Lodge council applications, and all related documentation.

· Track, trace and acquire all relevant documentation

· Addressing inquiries from clients and resolving queries promptly.

· Keeping clients informed and up to date on the building process, providing excellent customer service.

· Monitor job progress to ensure outstanding tasks are completed within established timeframes.

Qualifications and Skills:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

· Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role within the residential construction industry is essential.

· A solid understanding of the residential build process.

· Exceptional customer service skills with keen attention to detail.

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· The ability to collaborate effectively with customers, trades, and supervisors.

· Proficiency in Build Xact software is preferred.
