As an integral part of the team this role sees success by establishing an instant connection and building a mutually trusting relationship with each client. Take ownership of areas of concerns which clients may identify and follow through on commitments made to both clients and OMNI team members. Display a positive and solution driven approach when working with clients and the wider OMNI team. Understand that individual success alone will not lead to the greater success of the team or business, to which everyone's contribution is valuable and necessary. Work within expected timeframes and priorities tasks when necessary to support both client/s and the business throughout preconstruction, construction, and warranty periods. Strive to provide an exceptional client experience by fulfilling important tasks in a timely and positive manner. Be driven to contribute to the team's success and ambitious to achieve your own goals. Work collaboratively within the wider OMNI team whilst adhering to established processes and procedures and identify and suggest areas of improvement proactively.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Previous new home construction experience is essential;
  • Proven history of customer service experience is essential;
  • Confidence to think on your feet and respond to queries from multiple sources effectively, accurately and within a timely manner;
  • Active listening skills and retention of information;
  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes and procedures with confidence to identify where changes would enhance the business and client experience;
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to situations;
  • High level of professionalism and presentation;
  • Demonstrated client focus and the ability to disseminate information accurately;
  • Strong communication skills (face to face, verbal and written);
  • Construction Site Induction card (White or Blue), essential and if not held should be obtained prior to commencement; and
  • High level of administrative ability and attention to detail.
