We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven B2B Service Specialist to join our team Your primary focus will be to ensure and uplift the operational Primary Connect service levels to support the B2B ecosystem partners.

**A typical day would involve**:

- Overall responsibility for the Primary Connect service levels provided to B2B partners including Australian Grocery Wholesalers (AGW), MetroGo, Woolworths International (exports), PFD and Greenstock
- Create and embed scalable operational service performance
- Liaising with freight forwarders, Woolworths DCs/Hubs, 3PLs, Transport teams and key customers.
- Proactive service management, including stakeholder engagement and resolution of service failures with root cause analysis and embedded corrective actions
- Champion partners within Primary Connect, including 3PLs, to increase profile and buy in
- Operational planning with 3PL's, replenishment teams and customers for events and peak periods
- Periodic Service Level, Carton Accuracy and Delivery On Time reporting
- Provision of service insights
- Support of the creation and implementation of Wholesale analytics

**We are looking for someone with**:

- 3+ years Supply Chain operational experience
- Experience working within large organisation with multiple divisions
- Ability to create effective relationships and influence both customer and operational leadership
- Excellent customer communication and influencing skills
- Ability to identify root cause and create effective case for change
- Ability to work in ambiguity and create time bound outcomes
- Business acumen
