Job Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional B2B customer service and support across the entire order lifecycle.

About the Role:

  • Deliver best-in-class customer experience through quote-to-cash order management, tracking orders to fulfillment, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer orders, identify and mitigate potential problems, and implement solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, supply chain departments, and 3PL providers to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
  • Support and guide colleagues within the customer care team.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

About You:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with B2B exposure.
  • Understanding of supply chain and logistics/warehouse processes is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with SAP or JDE experience being a plus.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills are crucial in this fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in an organized and dynamic setting.
