This role will focus on day-to-day engagement with Content Creators, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and B2B partners to enhance our brand presence and drive user acquisition.Responsibilities:Influencer & KOL Partnership: Execute comprehensive content creator channel marketing strategies that communicate MOOMOO's unique value proposition and drive new user acquisition Source, identify and execute partnership deals with high-impact content creator across various verticals, including finance, technology, and lifestyle Design innovative collaboration frameworks with content creators, from content partnership to affiliate marketing campaigns Measure and optimize campaign performance and ROI Build and maintain long-term relationships with content creatorsPartnership Development: Identify and evaluate strategic B2B partnership opportunities Negotiate and manage collaborative marketing agreements Track and report partnership performance metrics Create scalable partnership ecosystem Market Research Conduct competitive market research Monitor emerging digital marketing trends in Australian fintech RequirementsQualifications: 2+ years business development or partnerships experience in Australian market Strong project management capabilities Highly adaptable and able to collaborate with cross functional global teams Experience in KOL and influencer marketing (social media agency experience welcome) Financial services and fintech industry experience Good understanding of Australian digital ecosystem Keen interest in finance and investment markets Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonuses Professional development opportunities Corporate gym membership Health Insurance Program
