Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Too Good To Go Full time

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.

Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at 1/3 of retail value. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We're growing fast: Our community of 111 million registered users and 237,000 active partners across 18 countries, have together already saved 410 million meals from going to waste

We're looking for an exceptional Partner Growth Specialist to join the Australian superstar team at Too Good To Go in Melbourne.

**Your role**

As a Partner Growth Specialist, you will act as the main contact for a portfolio of our partner stores. You'll work closely with them to drive growth and retention, as well as focus on optimisation. You will be comfortable in effective prioritisation, ensuring you are aligned with business goals and engaging your portfolio. Your ultimate aim is to keep partners growing, consistently supplying, and inspiring them to help us grow our mission.

**Responsibilities + Duties**
- Build strong relationships by understanding partner priorities and needs allowing you to proactively identify opportunities to grow the store and optimise their supply
- Conduct analysis of store performance to ensure a high retention rate, reduce refunds, and improve partner and customer experience.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our internal tools and collaborate with teams to support and improve partner experience
- Be comfortable with prioritising - working through call lists and campaign actions in a timely manner

**Key Capabilities**
- Experience in a B2B client facing role, such as Sales, Account Management or Customer Service
- Terrific talkers (and active listeners) with the ability to effectively and quickly connect with partners over the phone
- An empathetic and patient approach
- Autonomous and independent - you are able to schedule your time and juggle multiple tasks at a time
- A positive and proactive mindset, ready to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing organisation and take initiative
- A team-player who is keen to learn, collaborate and bring your ideas to the table
- You have an eye for detail, are super organised and take initiative
- A data-driven problem solver: you're able to think ahead and identify areas of opportunity
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is ideal, but not compulsory - you can learn
- You have full Australian working rights (no working holiday visas)

**Outside of the visa, if you don't meet 100% of the capabilities outlined above, tell us why you'd still be a great fit for this role in your cover letter**

**Our values**:

- We Win Together
- We Raise the Bar
- We Keep It Simple
- We Build A Legacy
- We Care

**What we offer**
- A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company (and certified B Corporation) where you can see real and tangible impact in your role.
- The unique opportunity to join the pioneering team leading the expansion of a proven food surplus marketplace into Australia
- Working alongside an international community of users, partners and 1,100+ colleagues across 17 countries that are on the same important mission.
- Personal and professional development opportunities in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- An inclusive company culture where you can bring your authentic self to work
- Hybrid Work setup with minimum 3 days in the office (Southbank)
- A strong, values-driven team culture where we celebrate successes and socialise with colleagues

**Benefits**
- 20 days of annual leave plus additional 5 days p.a. after 6 months of employment
- 10 weeks parental leave at full pay, available to all natural and adoptive parents after 6 months
- Shareback Volunteering Days: Up to 4 paid volunteering days to help tackle food insecurity
- Learning, career development and performance recognition programs because hard work should never go unnoticed
- Access to Employee Assistance Program & regular care conversations so you can bring your best self to work
- A Movement for Everyone_
- We want to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. With that mission, it's only natural that we want to build a diverse and inclusive team of highly capable individuals who are passionate about doing things in a better way. We strongly believe we all excel and are more creative when we're allowed to be ourselves, and we're committed to a culture where all of us belong._
