The Portfolio Growth Specialist role is part of our Market Management team in the Travel Partnerships and Advertising division. This team ensures that global travelers find suitable properties for their dream trips, while hotel partners reach our full breadth of traveler demand.

Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining high-quality portfolios of relevant, attractive, and competitive hotel and property products for our growing global traveler base.

As a Portfolio Growth Specialist, you will work with lodging partners within assigned territories to maximize production potential. This involves building strong partnerships by providing data insights and needs-based consulting services to hotel partners.

In this role, you will ensure partner hotels' products (content, rates, and availability) are consistently optimized on our sites to maximize customer conversion. You will also secure additional lodging rates and information over high-demand periods to satisfy traveler needs.
