About the Role
This is way more than just a desk job You'll be out there every day connecting with Drivers and Operators to help them succeed, ensuring they feel valued every step of the way
You will play a key role in keeping our network strong, building relationships, promoting our brands and ensuring every partner feels supported.
You'll:
- Follow up new operator and driver leads
- Support Drivers and Operators, helping them onboard, keep up to date with our systems, keep them accountable as part of our Code of Conduct and help them grow their business
- Attend events, tradeshows and fleet activations
- Visit regional networks to provide support when required
- Share insights with internal teams to align on growth strategies
- Promote the 13cabs and Silver Service brands with passion

We're looking for someone who's confident, approachable, and thrive on connecting with people. You know how to turn a chat into action, and you understand what keeps our Drivers and Operators motivated.
You'll bring:
- A resilient, can-do attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technological skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to juggle reporting, CRM updates and following up leads
- Proven ability to grow networks and maintain relationships
- Experience within a sales, business development, or similar role is preferred but not required
