THE ROLE Provide support and ongoing maintenance of HSE Online Management Systems (INX and Hammertech) to internal and external stakeholders.
Complete, update and maintain client online pre-qualification portals.
Support tender submissions with completion of HSEQ questionnaires and responses.
Assist with reporting functions, including monthly and ad hoc reports, statistical reports, OFSC Bi-annual reports.
Monitor and maintain tracking of Key Performance Indicators and other statistical data.
Assist in the development HSEQ awareness training such as toolbox topics, awareness campaigns and initiatives.
Provide HSEQ Administrative support for HSEQ Managers.
